This global module blocks certain users from using ZNC saying their account was disabled.
Usage
Arguments
This global module takes a list of user names as arguments. Each user given in the argument list is blocked from ZNC. This list is now saved across restarts.

After it is loaded, you can modify the list of blocked users via the following commands:
/msg *blockuser block bad_guy /msg *blockuser unblock good_guy /msg *blockuser list
