Enables IRC client side support for away-notify, account-notify, account-tag, and extended-join.
These IRCv3 features were removed from the znc core and placed into a module in znc version 1.9.0 - ChangeLog/1.9.0. You will need to use this module if you have a client or bot that depends on those features.
