This is an external module. Please note that it may or may not work with the current release (1.9.0). This module is not included in the default ZNC installation, and you will need to manually compile it before you can load this module. Mutter Push was a ZNC module for the Mutter IRC client (which is now dead). As such this module is equally dead. The source code used to be hosted at bitbucket, but the author has removed it.
It would have sent notifications to Apple's Push Notification Service for any messages that match your own nickname or keywords in the client settings; this includes: private messages, private notices, channel messages, and channel notices. Users are more than welcome to submit feature requests or patches for inclusion.
