This modules cycles a channel when you are the only one in there and you don't have op.
Usage
Arguments
This user module takes no arguments.

Commands
The channel list is automatically saved on changes.
An example:
/msg *autocycle help /msg *autocycle list /msg *autocycle add #znc* /msg *autocycle add !#znc.ru /msg *autocycle del *
