This is an external module. Please note that it may or may not work with the current release (1.9.0). This module is not included in the default ZNC installation, and you will need to manually compile it before you can load this module. Alternatively, depending on modpython,there is a Python module, which doesn't need extra compilation and shouldn't depend on the ZNC version too much:
Description
This global module sends a notice to all admins whenever a user is killed off a server.
Installation
First you have to make sure modpython is installed and loaded. Then you can place this code in ~/.znc/modules/ and load it as global module.
Configuration
There are no configurable options.
