If you want to run a command every ten minutes it's possible to write

*/10 * * * * /home/you/znc/bin/znc >/dev/null 2>&1

instead of

0,10,20,30,40,50 * * * * /home/you/znc/bin/znc >/dev/null 2>&1

But I'm not sure if every crond does that. Check your local manpage when in doubt.
