This is an external module. Please note that it may or may not work with the current release (1.9.0). This module is not included in the default ZNC installation, and you will need to manually compile it before you can load this module. Snohandle is a module that reinterprets notices addressed to neither our nick nor a channel ZNC is aware of. In practice these are the server notices on a few families of IRCd's. By default ZNC ignores these, but this module causes all other modules to receive notifications about such notices as if they were private notices. This includes, for example, the log module.
This module has no commands or configuration.
