Title: Anything you like.
Host: The IP or domain of your ZNC install.
Port: The port your ZNC install is listening on.
Password: The password for your user.
Use SSL: Yes.
Auto connect on startup: Either.
Nickname: Anything you like.
Username: ZNC username, followed by a sash, followed by the server you're connecting to. For example, johndoe/freenode.
Real Name: Anything you like.
Select a charset: UTF-8, unless you've changed ZNC.
